Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cottage cheese and self-rising flour in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flatbread shape.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture.
- If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1.5 tsp baking powder and 0.5 tsp salt.
