Description

Crispy air fryer cauliflower buffalo wings are a delicious vegetarian alternative to traditional wings. They’re coated in a spicy buffalo sauce and cooked until golden.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl to make batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets in batter, shaking off excess.
  4. Place florets in air fryer basket in single layer.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.
  7. Toss cooked cauliflower in sauce mixture.
  8. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to crisp.
