Description
Crispy air fryer cauliflower buffalo wings are a delicious vegetarian alternative to traditional wings. They’re coated in a spicy buffalo sauce and cooked until golden.

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl to make batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets in batter, shaking off excess.
- Place florets in air fryer basket in single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in sauce mixture.
- Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to crisp.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray florets with oil before cooking
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Adjust buffalo sauce amount to taste
