- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place chicken in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with marinara sauce or a side salad.
