- 500g ground pork

- 1 egg
- 2 slices white bread, soaked in milk

- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, pork, onion, egg, soaked bread, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley in a bowl.
- Mix well by hand until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into small, flat patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with potatoes, bread, or salad.

- For best results, let the mixture rest for 30 minutes before shaping.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh bread for soaking, not dried breadcrumbs.
