Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 50g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Mix cooked spaghetti with the sauce and transfer to a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
