Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 23 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk sugar, milk, yogurt, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Spoon batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool donuts in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Whisk powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and milk to make the glaze.
  9. Dip each donut into the glaze and let it set before serving.
