Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange half the bread slices in the dish.
- Scatter cream cheese cubes over the bread.
- Place remaining bread slices on top.
- Whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the bread.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 40 minutes until golden and set.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old bread for better texture.
- You can prepare this the night before and refrigerate.
