A simple and elegant dessert combining baked pears with feta cheese, honey, and cranberries.

- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp honey
- 50g dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place pear halves on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle cinnamon.
- Bake for 20 minutes until pears soften.
- Remove from oven and top with feta cheese.
- Add cranberries and drizzle with honey.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use firm pears for best results.
- Adjust honey quantity to taste.
- Can substitute walnuts for cranberries.
