- 4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently lift the meat, keeping it attached at the base.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Press the stuffing mixture onto the top of each lobster tail.
- Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and the stuffing is golden.
- Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
