Description
A rich and creamy banana caramel nut cheesecake with a crunchy crust, topped with caramel sauce and nuts.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla and mashed banana.
- Pour filling over the crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours.
- Top with caramel sauce and chopped nuts before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother texture.
- Chilling overnight gives the best results.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge.
