- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 ripe bananas
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Blend bananas, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Let cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar, spread over cheesecake before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
