Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
  4. Fry chicken in oil until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
  6. Toast slider buns lightly.
  7. Assemble sliders with lettuce, chicken, and sauce.
  8. Garnish with green onions.
