Instructions

- Cook beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Add spices and cool.
- Roll dough and cut into circles. Fill with beef and cheese.
- Fold dough over filling and seal edges. Brush with egg.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
