Description
A classic beef reuben sandwich with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing on rye bread.
Ingredients

- 8 slices rye bread
- 1 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Russian dressing
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Spread Russian dressing on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on half of the bread slices.
- Top with remaining bread slices, dressing side down.
- Butter the outside of each sandwich.
- Grill on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh rye bread for best texture.
- Drain sauerkraut well to avoid soggy sandwiches.
- Adjust Russian dressing to taste.
