Description
A quick and flavorful beef stir fry served with rice. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
- Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, beef broth, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Pour sauce into the pan and stir until thickened.
- Return beef to the pan and toss to coat.
- Serve over rice.

- Slice beef thinly for quicker cooking.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
