Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Mix soy sauce, beef broth, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  5. Pour sauce into the pan and stir until thickened.
  6. Return beef to the pan and toss to coat.
  7. Serve over rice.
