- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
