- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and mayonnaise.
- Add diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for the best texture.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
