Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Cook ground beef and onion in oil until browned. Season with pepper.
- Roll dough into small circles. Add filling and seal edges.
- Fry in oil until golden brown or bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
