Instructions

  2. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add cold water and mix until dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture (cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla) down the center.
  7. Top with blueberries.
  8. Cut diagonal strips along the sides and fold them over the filling.
  9. Brush with egg wash.
