Instructions
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream to make ganache.
- Blend mixed berries with honey to make the sauce.
- Stack pancakes, drizzle with ganache, and top with berry sauce.
