Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until onions soften.
- Lower the heat and stir in Velveeta cubes and milk. Mix until cheese melts and forms a smooth sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy beef sauce. Serve warm.
