  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, rice, broccoli, and half of the cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the chicken and rice mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
