- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, rice, broccoli, and half of the cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the milk mixture over the chicken and rice mixture, stirring to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
