Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- In a skillet, cook chicken bites until fully done. Toss with buffalo sauce.
- Sauté shaved Brussels sprouts in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Assemble the bowl with roasted potatoes, buffalo chicken, and Brussels sprouts.
- Drizzle with dressing if desired.
