Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak bites with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak bites until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, cheddar, and parmesan. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta and steak bites to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
