Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak bites with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Return cooked steak bites and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
  • For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream 1 tbsp at a time.
  • Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if preferred.
