Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook steak tips until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.
  5. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain.
  6. Combine pasta, steak tips, and sauce. Toss well.
  7. Serve hot.
