A hearty dish featuring Cajun-seasoned steak tips served over rigatoni pasta in a rich, cheesy parmesan sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook steak tips until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain.
- Combine pasta, steak tips, and sauce. Toss well.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best results.
- Add a splash of pasta water if sauce is too thick.
