Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g melted butter
- 500g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g caramel sauce
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla extract and instant coffee.
- Melt dark chocolate and fold half into the batter.
- Pour batter over the biscuit base. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Bake at 160°C for 45 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
