- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat the salmon dry and place it on the soaked plank.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika evenly.
- Place the plank on the grill and close the lid.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
