Description

A delicious twist on classic cheesecake, wrapped in crispy egg roll wrappers.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 6 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly.
  4. Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
