Delicious chocolate chip cookies stuffed with creamy cheesecake filling.
Ingredients

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Set aside.
- In another bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop cookie dough, flatten slightly, add a teaspoon of cheesecake filling, then cover with more dough.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature ingredients for even mixing.
- Do not overbake for soft cookies.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
