- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in minced garlic.
- Reduce heat to low. Add milk and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in cooked pasta, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Combine well.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
