- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add corn kernels and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper, then mix well.
- Add cheddar and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and evenly coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh corn for the best flavor, but frozen works well too.
- Adjust cheese quantities to your preference.
- For extra spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
