- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken is fully done.
- Remove from heat and mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and roll into wraps.
- Serve warm.
