  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in rice, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
