- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in cooked penne, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the pasta. Cover and let melt for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Adjust cheese amounts to your preference.
