A hearty and flavorful dish combining penne pasta with garlic butter ground beef and melted cheese.

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well.
- Add cooked penne to the skillet. Mix with the beef and garlic butter.
- Sprinkle cheddar and parmesan cheese over the pasta. Cover and let melt for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
