- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix cheddar and mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
- Add taco seasoning and flour, then stir well.
- Whisk eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
- Shape the cheese mixture into small sticks.
- Dip each stick into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the sticks until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
