- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add broccoli florets around the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth and light cream over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
