A hearty and easy-to-make chicken broccoli pasta bake that’s perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Steam broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, milk, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Substitute broccoli with cauliflower if preferred.
