A simple and delicious chicken broccoli pasta recipe made in a crockpot. Perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add broccoli, pasta, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with a fork.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
- Adjust cooking time if using frozen chicken.
- Add more broth if the pasta absorbs too much liquid.
