Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- Place chicken at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add spinach, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with a fork before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh spinach with frozen spinach if needed.
- Add a splash of lemon juice for extra flavor.
- Serve over rice or pasta for a complete meal.
