Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear chicken for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- Add spinach and mushrooms around the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle cheese on top (optional) and bake for another 2 minutes to melt.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Check chicken internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
