Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear chicken for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
  5. Add spinach and mushrooms around the chicken.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
