- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Brown chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place sliced onions and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add browned chicken thighs on top.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, paprika, thyme, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
