Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Add bell pepper and onion on top.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Serve garnished with green onions.
Notes
- You can use chicken instead of thighs.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
