Ingredients

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale.
- Heat cream and vanilla in a saucepan until steaming.
- Slowly pour hot cream into egg mixture while whisking.
- Return mixture to saucepan and cook until thickened.
- Pour custard into egg-shaped molds and chill for 4 hours.
- Melt chocolate with butter and dip chilled custard eggs.
- Let chocolate set before serving.
