Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in flour and vanilla.
- Drop teaspoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then place chocolate chips between two cookies to sandwich.
