- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions
- Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a pot, heat the coconut milk and broth over medium heat.
- Add ginger, garlic, chili, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the fish pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Stir in lime juice and adjust salt if needed.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
