Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Sift almond flour and powdered sugar into a bowl.
- Beat egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar.
- Mix in coffee powder and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in dry ingredients gently until smooth.
- Pipe circles onto a baking sheet and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15 minutes.
- Cool completely before removing from the sheet.
