- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gradually stir in flour and salt until fully combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Press half of the cookie dough mixture into the prepared pan.
- In a saucepan, melt sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate fudge layer over the cookie dough in the pan.
- Top with the remaining cookie dough, pressing gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

- For a firmer texture, freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
