Description

A healthy twist on classic brownies using cottage cheese for added protein.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
